Erika came very early, even when I wasn’t sure if it was the right moment to call her. From the first moment, her calm presence and uplifting feminine energy gave me strength and confidence. During labor she supported me with so many beautiful tools - pressure points on my back during contractions, the rebozo, the wooden brush, the smell of orange on cotton, and her natural products. But more than anything, it was her words, her knowledge, and her emotional support that helped me so much. She was always explaining what was happening and helping me trust the process. I truly feel that I could not have done it without her. It would not have been the same birth experience. Together with my partner and my sister in law, she created the most supportive and loving environment. My birth was a deeply spiritual and magical experience. I felt connected to something greater, and I truly believe I fulfilled my highest potential in that moment. I love Erika deeply and I am so grateful she was there with me.

Erika was my doula and she is simply amazing!!! She supported us throughout my first pregnancy and was a real source of support during the birth, which came with big complications.
